is this program the same as previous years? 

NO! This year you have Krystal's coaching at the forefront of this program. You'll enjoy 4 brand new LIVE coaching modules with her! Plus, you'll get an updated Nutritional Guide for 2023. In addition, all program materials are now hosted in a private portal which gives you lifetime access.


If you're a TBG Alumni, the recipes and workouts from the TBG Stronger Summer Program have not changed.

Is this program beginner-friendly?

YES! Stronger Summer is for all levels of fitness. We are a community of like-minded individuals that come together to support one another through our wellness journeys. We are all at different stages of our lived and there will always be someone whose right on track with you!


when does
stronger summer start?

Stronger Summer is a 4-Week Program that runs from July 10th to August 6th.


You will gain access to our Private Facebook Page, as well as have access to your materials on July 6, 2023 that you get to keep forever!

WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE LIVE WORKSHOPS WITH KRYSTAL?

The live workshops with Krystal will be held on our Private Stronger Summer Facebook Page.


They will be held on Thursdays at 3 PM PST, then accessible to view anytime in your portal afterwards.
